Atom drew his sword and charged at Angel. She blocked the attack but was throw to the ground, her staff knocked out of her hands. Angel reached out for it but Atom stepped on her hand. He drew his sword into the air and was about to strike when he woke up. Atom set up in the bed.

“It was only a dream.” Atom said as he looked over at Angel who was still sound asleep.

“Whatever you do Angel,” Atom said “Don’t let me hurt you again.”

A couple of seconds later Atom heard a crashing sound in one of the other rooms. This caused Angel to wake up.

“What was that?” Angel said

A sudden surge went though Atom’s body like he was going to be sick.

“Nightmare” Atom mumbled under his breath as he reached for his sword.

He ran outside and saw Nightmare holding Talim’s unconscious body.

“Nightshade,” Nightmare said as he brought the edge his sword to her neck “Come no closer or her soul will become mine.”

“If you kill her,” Atom said  “I swear to god you will not leave this place alive”

“Ha, What are you going to do Nightshade?” Nightmare said

“My name is Atom!” Atom said as he inched closer to Nightmare.

“Come no closer” Nightmare said as he tightened the grip on his sword across Talim’s causing it to cut into her skin.

At that moment Young-Seung came up from behind and kicked Nightmare in the back causing him to drop Talim.

“You conceded reached human!” Nightmare shouted as he swung his claw knocking Young-Seung though a wall as he ran out.

“Angel check on them” Atom shouted as he gave chase to Nightmare.

Atom ran out of the building. He surveyed the area but saw nothing. Then all of the sudden he felt the hair on the back of his neck stand up as Nightmare slashed his sword at him, but all the sudden it was like Atom disappeared. He appeared right behind him and slashed into him three times.

“Nightshade, your powers grow stronger every day” Nightmare said as he begun to flee.

Atom gave chase but was quickly attacked by a flock of Ravens.

“Dam it Tira” he shouted as he swatted at the birds

Eventually the flock dissipated but Nightmare was nowhere is sight. Atom returned to the camp and saw Young-Sung walking around a little stunned, Talim had regained consciousness but she was still on the ground.

“How is she?” Atom asked Angel

“She pretty hurt.” Angel said

“How bad?” Atom asked

“I think she’s broken a rib and her arm.” Angel answered

“Let me take a look” Atom said as he knelled down by Talim

Atom easily grabbed her arm and grabbed her shoulder. Tears started rolling down her face as she let out a scream in pain.

“It just dislocated” Atom said, “Young-Seung get over here, I need your help”

Young-Seung walked over to them still a little dazed. “What do you need?”

“I am going to try to relocate her arm.” Atom said, “I’ll need you to hold her down. Angel grab her other hand.”

Atom jerked on her arm causing Talim to squirm in pain, but Young-Seung was able to hold her down. Atom then pushed the arm back into place. Talim let out a scream then passed out from the pain.           

“Talim!” Young-Seung Shouted
“Young-Seung calm down,” Atom said “She be alright!”    

Atom ran his hand down her rib check on the broken rib. Even though Talim was unconscious, to Young-Seung at least, it still appeared she was still in pain  

“It fells like it’s only bruised” Atom said “Angel go get some bandages.”

“Young-Seung lets get her setting up” Atom said

Angel returned with the bandage and Atom taped up the wound. Then Atom and Young-Seung picked Talim up and eased her into her bed,

Atom looked over to Young-Seung and said, “Theirs nothing else we can do tonight”

“I going to stay here for a little while“ Young-Seung said

“OK,” Atom said “Just make sure you get some rest yourself”   

Atom and Angel awoke the next morning to find Young-Seung had fallen asleep beside Talim’s bed. Atom put his hand on Young-Seung’s shoulder wakening him up.

“Go to bed” Atom said to Young-Seung  “If anything changes we’ll let you know.”

“No” Young-Seung said, “I want to be here when she wakes up.”

Just then Talim let out a little moan as she opened her eyes.

“Talim” Young-Seung Shouted “Are you alright?”

“I...I think so.” Talim said as she struggled to set up “What happened?”

“The Knight...It came back.” Young-Seung said

“Is everybody alright?” Talim asked

“Everybody fine” Atom said

“Can I get you anything?” Young-Seung asked

“I would like a glass of water” Talim said

“You got it, I be right back” Young Seung said as he left.

After Young-Seung left, Talim turned to Atom and said “This isn’t your fault.”

Atom looked at Talim completely surprised “I never said it was”

“But you do think that don’t you?” Talim asked

Atom paused for a second then said “I had Soul Edge in my grasp and I didn’t destroy it then. Everything that happened since is my fault.”

“You can’t blame yourself for the actions of everyone else” Talim said “And you can’t blame yourself for the actions of Nightshade either.”

“Wait a second how’d you know about him?” Atom asked

Just then Young-Seung returned with a glass of water. Talim took a drink then turned to Atom and said “Think about what I said”

Atom and Angel stayed for a couple more days to help take care of Talim and to ensure that Nightmare would not return. After that the two were off to set search again for Soul Edge.
